Do you accept insurance?
Dr. Demetree does not accept any insurance, but will be happy to provide you with a superbill which you may submit to your insurance to request out of network reimbursement. Insurance puts demands on physician's time which can limit the quality and quantity of care they can deliver to patients. By not providing insurance, Dr. Demetree can personalize your care plan best. Any medications or diagnostic tests Dr. Demetree orders can still be covered by your insurance at their usual coverage rate.
Do you accept patients who have medicare or medicaid?
Unfortunately, due to limitations of accepting payments from patients who are covered by medicare or medicaid, Dr. Demetree is unable to accept patients with these insurers, even if they were willing to pay for their care themselves.
What state do I need to be in for my visits?
Dr. Demetree is licensed in the states of Arizona, Virginia, and Florida. You can be located anywhere in these three states at the time of your appointment.
